About C.A.R.E.

C.A.R.E. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created and staffed by neighbors in the Potrero Hill community.

The mission of C.A.R.E. is to build healthy communities that reflect our core values with concern for youth and young adults who are most vulnerable, while maintaining accountability to the community.

• We work with the police, DA’s office and city agencies to integrate and educate and unify the Potrero Hill community.

• We build community by hosting annual events such as the Thanksgiving Dinner and the Resource Fair

• We provide a safe physical location for community meetings

• We feed the children, youth and adults in the community
